Cliffview Primary is a “Fee Paying” public school.
The following terms are available regarding the payment of annual compulsory school fees:
Annual:

• Paid in full by the 31st of January each year – a 10% incentive is offered.
• School fees are payable in advance and are due on the first school day of the year.

Monthly:

However, if agreed with the school in advance, fees may be paid off in 10 equal consecutive monthly instalments, January to October. Failure to pay any monthly payment will cause the full outstanding balance to become immediately due and payable in one sum. Where school fees are outstanding, any monies received by the school will first be allocated to the outstanding school fees.

The preferred methods of payment of fees are:

• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
• Credit Card (NO Diners Club and Amex Cards)

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ABOVE FIGURES APPLY PER CHILD

NB: For new applicants in 2027, please deduct any acceptance deposit already paid from the “Amount Due”.

For security reasons, we encourage payment via Internet banking or direct deposit into the school’s account.
Please send proof of payment to accounts2@cliffviewprimary.org.za. Quote your five-digit school fee account number as a reference on ALL payments made. Kindly contact the Accounts Office on (010) 007-2610, if you are unsure of your account number.

Statements are sent out monthly and must be checked for any discrepancies. Queries need to be lodged with the Accounts Department; otherwise, information appearing on statements will be deemed correct.
